Design.

Using the latest computed aided design software to design and create bespoke 3D parts, whether a one off part, or multi-part assemblies.

Need design support? As well as designing bespoke parts for 3D printing, we can also act as a silent contractor, carrying out all your in-house design needs, branched under your name.

3D Printing.

With a range of 3D printing technologies, materials and finish, CRO-3D specialises in 3D printing - from prototype prints to production ready finished items.

At CRO-3D we can print ready made STL files, or work with you to bespoke design a part.

Reverse Engineering.

Using 3D scanning technology and computer aided design, to dismantle an object, we can look to create a direct copy of the part, or optimise it in a way you choose.

This includes weight saving, adding strength, or adding a bespoke touch to the design.

With in-house 3D printing, our team can deliver finalised parts in a range of colours and materials.

Product Development.

A one stop shop for product development, at CRO-3D we can support you through the full product life cycle including defining, design, creation, testing, finalising, and launch.

Carbon Fibre Composite Manufacturing.

Using skills in 3D design and 3D printing, we design complex moulds for carbon fibre manufacturing, at a fraction of the cost to traditional CNC machining.

Our carbon fibre manufacturing services include design for manufacture, prototyping, testing, and scaled production, no matter what stage.

Welding.

At CRO-3D we deliver on a wide variety of metal fabrication projects, ranging from bespoke sheet metal parts, to repairing large implements.

We have all the kick need to take one projects of any scale.

Shot Blasting.

Need a part shot blasting, ready for paint?

Also known as sandblasting, or abrasive blasting, shot blasting is the process of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants.

We have a range of portable and stand alone blasters which allow us flexibility to take on any project, anywhere.
